Suggestions on where to sell unit?

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to sell me Resmed s8 Escape unit?

I have contacted secondwind and sent them pictures and everything but haven't heard anything.

The unit I have for sale was hardly ever used at it was a spare machine. When I say hardly ever used it still has the plastic stickers on many of the unit parts and accessories. It truly was barely used.
I am very low on funds right now and I need to sell this thing as soon as possible but I'm not sure where else to go. If any of you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Would not be a big demand for that unit unless someone needs a back up unit. I would guess the value is no more than $150

Yeah I figured as much but I was gonna only ask 120 + shipping. So ill give it a shot and see what happens.

Could you email me some pics of what all is included?
I think this would work for traveling on my motorcycle, as it looks smaller than my S9.
