Meridian:

A lot of good advice has been dispensed but no one has touched on what made the QFX a success for me. Like you, I was plagued by the mask riding up on my face. My wife took some Velcro and made a nice little chin strap that linked the lower two straps below my face.

Worked like a charm the first time and every time. I'm a happy guy.

Be patient and give this a try.

Last night was my first good night since going on CPAP 5 days ago; I have struggled to get leak-free, and finally with RemZzzz I am leak-free with Quattro Air. Possibly it's the wrong size, but as long as it works and I can get some rest now, I'm OK with this one... I'll know more about such things when it's time for replacement parts/masks/tubing, etc. because of all the fine people who post on these boards. I didn't 't know there was such a thing as a mask liner until I came here.

Every board on every subject imaginable contains inaccurate information, and we all owe it to ourselves to consider all alternatives carefully, getting more information whenever we're wondering about a suggestion. There's no need to bash anyone; we are all intelligent people and can decide for ourselves if a response attacks our sensibilities. I thank everyone on all of these threads for checking in; your input is valuable.

Now using AirFit F10 mask; Quattro Air is backup mask. RemZzzz mask liners with both.
