Success!!

Post by kona0197 » Sat Feb 01, 2014 4:46 pm

I feel asleep with the mask on and sleep three or so hours with it on!! I'm happy I am finally overcoming this mental block!! Thanks to everyone for your suggestions on how to accomplish this. It was appreciated!

I have found using the Eson nasal mask, along with the pressure set at 2, the humidifier set at 1, and the heated tubing turned off works very well.

Congratulations.
Give your self a nice little reward - one you give yourself only after a successful night. Sometimes this is like training a puppy, rewards, lots of love and pats on the head.

Now that reminded me of Pugsy's crazy snore data that was recorded by her doggy! BTW, congrats on your success!

The outside of my nose gets awful dry while using the mask. What would I use to prevent this?
