Probably around $18 to 20 $US for international mailing Priority...which gives me tracking number and some insurance.
Questions,

What about the size of the Swift FX mask? When you buy a new such mask for $118 you then get all the sizes of the pillows, and can try them out. Another issue is the level of the mouth breathing and if it would affect the somno cpap's operation. Does the Somno Balance allow as much mouth leak as the Resmed's machines. If, no, then a full face mask might be an option:

Instruction:

Mask leaking.
Adjust headgear so that the mask is tight.
If necessary, replace defective mask
