Do you have a Prescription? A GP can write the script, most refer you to a sleep doctor for the sleep study, which may not be affordable to you.

If no prescription, and you are not going to get one, then Craigs List, beware of cheats, try to get to see the machine in person.
turn it on. Look at the number of blower hours.

If you have a prescription, then you can buy new from our forum sponsor, cpap.com. Oh, you said used.

Are you still in Romania?

Check secondwindcpap.com for low hour used machine. Send them an email about whether you need to supply them a copy of RX or not. Used to they didn't need a copy for items shipped outside the US.

You can also check out online prices from US suppliers like cpap.com, who hosts this site. They're often a lot cheaper than your local CPAP seller, even here in the US. They will require a prescription. I'm not sure whether they'll ship to Romania or accept a Romanian prescription, but I suspect they will.

I suggest you get the Philips Respironics System One (PRS1) Auto, and don't accept one of the older M series or "legacy" Respironics machines. The PRS1 machines are much improved over the older ones.
