I don't know if you have had another sleep test but I would think that is logically the thing to do since the game is changed now with your sinus op. Also, sinus surgery takes forever to heal. Like up to a year before things are normal. The ENT would always tell my wife, you're healing fine, but she was getting bloody stuff out of her nose for months and months after the procedure. I'd wait for total healing and do another sleep test to see where you need to be with your CPAP therapy. I'm a newie and don't know a thing about sleep therapy and cpap but it seems logically to me that if you've changed the size of the airway, you need another test.

Well, Too Tall, I just read your post as someone who is having a septoplasty and turbinate reduction next month. Hopefully, I won't take a year to heal. But I understand your point about being patient with recovery and hopefully, you will gently remind me if I show impatience after my surgery.
