OT non-apnea sleep board
OT non-apnea sleep board
One of my colleagues at work has a lot of insomnia issues, but he does not have apnea. Does anyone know of any good forums to direct him to?

Best to first see his primary care doctor to be sure that there is not some medical issue causing the problem.fmj13 wrote:One of my colleagues at work has a lot of insomnia issues, but he does not have apnea. Does anyone know of any good forums to direct him to?

There are numerous threads about insomnia on this forum.
Some of the other forums are so heavily moderated that real help may be difficult to find.

I like this one:fmj13 wrote:One of my colleagues at work has a lot of insomnia issues, but he does not have apnea. Does anyone know of any good forums to direct him to?

Also, tell him to look for a poster named Tom, who seems to have a lot of common sense and overcame his insomnia.

PS - Do agree with LSAT's advice to consult doctor to make sure nothing is contributing to the insomnia
