I guess it was bound to happen...

…but it sure surprised me.

After 4 hours in bed (the recliner) last night I woke up with my machine off, my hose disconnected from the mask at the input and one strap taken off my Quattro Air mask. I had a slight headache. I had only recorded 2 hours sleep time, so the machine had been off 2 hours. I have no recollection of how or why it happened. And after 9+ months I'm generally doing pretty well on my therapy numbers, with no particular aversion to my mask (now that leaks are under control) nor any special discomforts that would make me do this.

Is this just one of those things that's gonna happen every now and then?

When things like this happen and there is no logical reason that can be found, we usually blame it on the aliens . Hopefully it is an isolated incident and just one of the weird things that can occasionally happen on our PAP journey .
