Sleepyhead: Do you use the "user defined" event flagging?

Post by mellabella » Sun Jan 12, 2014 12:05 pm

(For those unawares, it's listed under Preferences-->CPAP-->"Custom User Event Flagging.")

For those of you who do use this recording feature, what are the settings you've chosen that seem to be meaningful for you? I have UARS so I'm interested in whatever I can get, but I also don't want to set it so low it's just a bunch of noise.

I have experimented with different settings, now I use more than 5 seconds, and 50% flow. I also suspect UARS and trying to find out everything I could find about it.

Hope you have patience with that, sometimes it can get a little crazy.
