O.T. SinuPlus Sinus Irrigation System

Post by SMenasco » Wed Jan 08, 2014 8:58 am

I use Swift nasal pillows and stay stopped up on one side most of the time. In the last couple of years, I have had a few bouts of sinus infections, to the extent it settled in my teeth. I've taked antibiotics and it takes forever. I use the neti pot frequently and it helps. However,I have heard this irrigation system, when used regularly will reduce infections. Has anyone had any experience with the above mentioned irrigation system? Thanks.

I use the Sinupulse when I am having sinus problems. I like it a lot more than I did the squeeze bottle. When I haven't used it for a while I run a very warm strong solution of salt water through it to clean it out before pouring in my standard warm solution washing my sinuses.
