Hi everyone,
I cam across this device that supposedly can tell you how deep/REM/shallow sleep did u have in the previous night. See this experiment by Anderson Cooper
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqkngNmAW2c
I am wondering if anyone tried it and how reliable it is to monitor your sleep quality.
This is my third week into CPAP therapy and I have noticed that I have started to dream a lot more. I am also still waking up at night, which has been the case for years. I am thinking about putting a camera in my bred room or looking at any device that can tell me how good my sleep was. The numbers from my CPAP (ResMed S9 AutoSet) are helpful, but I don't think they can tell the whole story.
any advice?
Anyone has experience with Zeo Mobile Sleep Manager
