I've read his tips, as well as whitebeard's. I'm gonna try one of those. Just not tonight.
I'm gauging my sleep quality on how I feel when I wake up, as well as throughout the day.
1. It's still very difficult to wake up in the morning. The only difference is that I actually hear my alarm clock when it goes off.
2. It's still very difficult to get out of bed. No different than before.
3. I'm still extremely tired throughout the day. The only difference is less yawning.
I tend to wake up with more leaks closer to my wake time than I do at other times during the night.
I tried getting a RX for Provigil or Nuvigil, but the VA doesn't dispense it, and I can't afford it out of pocket. I bought it online instead. I posted about this in another thread.
I'm hoping that it helps with the daytime sleepiness. I can't get anything done otherwise.
Just had my first follow-up, please help
