Re: Help me decipher sleepyhead reading
What was the average leak number?
How many hours of sleep? Was the sleep good sound sleep or did you have some time with the mask and machine on and were awake?
I don't see anything in the what you posted above that I would worry about.
Seeing the detailed graph would help use get a little better idea of the overall pattern to the events.
Was there something that worried you or you did not understand?

Re: Help me decipher sleepyhead reading
Slept 10 hours woke up 4 times no longer then 5 mins each awakening
Average total leaks 20.79
95% total leaks. 30.00
Is that high? I woke up few times with mouth open and dry

Re: Help me decipher sleepyhead reading
No, not high at all.
95% numbers just mean that for 95% of the night you were at OR below that number. People tend to forget the "or below" part and get all panicky if it is a bit elevated...which yours isn't anyway. Large leak territory for your machine and mask at your pressure is going to be somewhere between 80 and 90 L/min.
It takes very little mouth breathing to dry out the mouth and if you were doing any mouth breathing I bet it wasn't for very long or very much.
I know that sometimes I have woke up with horribly dry mouth and I go look at the leak line and sometimes there isn't even a blip on it or if there is then it's maybe for 5 or 10 minutes up near large leak territory but I rarely even go into large leak territory. Since it rarely wakes me up...I shrug my shoulders and move on. Not worth worrying about.
