Does anyone use these for breathing better throgh nose?
Is there other brands even bettter?

I use them, I think they help. Walgreens makes them as well and they are a bit cheaper but work just as well.

Target Up & Up don't last through the night; just saying.
DH doesn't like the Walgreens either.

I have used Breathe Right "Advanced" strips nightly for a couple of years (even pre-CPAP), and they do help. Only in the last month have I stopped, basically to give the skin on my nose a rest! My DH buys them for me at Costco, I think you can get a box of 44 for about $11 or so. I have used the generic brands (e.g. Rite Aid), and they do work, but I don't think they are as strong as the original, especially the Breathe Right "Advanced" and the "Extra" (which can really rip your skin off if you aren't careful).
