I went for my full mask fitting on Friday evening and what a difference it was from the first time there! This time I was actually measured, not just had something rammed on my nose and I was put in the chair that lay back almost horizontal. We chose the Quattro Air and it was very comfortable during this 'test run'.
So after three nights use the issues... drooling, covered on another thread here, that is weird but I think I have always done it.
Sudden leaks when I lay down in certain positions.. after all I have read it would seem leaks are just inevitable.. am I right?
Trouble fitting the mask and having to wear it too tight so it hurts my face. I think I might have solved this by changing the position of the mask on my face.. in other words either lifting it up a little bit or bringing it down a little.
Does the pad a cheek help with leaks and position?
Should I persevere with this mask (it was the free within 30 day one) or should I try to get another?
As always any help from you is SO appreciated.

Re: Issues After the Full Mask fitting
Pad-a-Cheek can help with leaks, etc... you have to try it so see if it helps you.
Re: Issues After the Full Mask fitting
They can measure all they want...you still need to wear a mask on a chair or bed to determine if it fits properly. If they tell you that you measure a Large , but a Medium fits better...you are a Medium. It takes several nights to determine if a mask fits properly. If you find a comfortable mask and over several nights you are comfortable with it except for some leaks...try padacheek products.
