So its better to ring a seller & discuss the order spec to see what they can do on pricing, versus just dropping it all in an online cart & paying the bottom Total??

Having just placed an order over the phone for a unit whilst viewing prices online- I can confirm you really should 'Call for Pricing' when it says that on the website. It is better than the 'List Price".
