I have a Philips Respironics Remstar SE (system one) machine. Can this cpap model run on 12 volt marine battery?

Yes, this can run from 12V but there are several different power cords. I think yours is this one:

but you should find the exact model number on the bottom (DS220?) and call cpap.com to ensure a proper match.
BTW, without the humidifier any marine deep cycle battery will probably run this for several nights, maybe even a week. With the humidifier more than two nights is a stretch.
