Have now used my NoseBreathe dental mouth piece for appx 3 weeks and I am still totally amazed at HOW WELL IT WORKS. Any of you having problems with mouth breathing and hate taping should try this. Mine came from quietsleep.com and I am using the top teeth mouth plate only.
I am so much happier "papping" since I got my NoseBreathe I can't help but share it with all of you.......................
Happy papper in Wyoming

WOW am I embarrassed!!! Quietsleep.com is where I looked at the pictures and descriptions of various mouth pieces which is great to compare what is out there to prevent mouth breathing...........
Mine came from nosebreathe.com or steven@nosebreathe.com
Oh, and other great things about mouth piece are:
1) Can take it out of mouth and answer husband's questions after "papping up"
2) Can move tongue off "little shelf home" in mouth piece, which enables me to take a drink of water at night (before mouthpiece I would get out of bed so as not to wake husband up) and go into kitchen to get a drink - would take a sharp knife and cut just enough hole in mouth tape to get straw into and take a drink like that so I wouldn't have to remove tape and retape..........
Remember I am the papper that is so sensitive to any tape that mouth taping was not a good option for me -
Since using Dr. Sue's NoseBreathe I just last night got an AHI of 2.2!!!!!!
Happy Papper I am!!!

I also have the Nose Breathe and I had to put a towel on the pillow to capture all the saliva that was coming out of my mouth. The saliva should go down after a period of time of using the device. Someone advised me to run a cheap test by using a $1 athletic mouth guard for a few nights to see if it would cause me to salivate heavily.

I have not noticed any difference in salivation with the NoseBreathe - what I do notice is
I AM FREE AT LAST - I AM FREE AT LAST - THANK GOD IN HEAVEN I AM FREE AT LAST - FROM MOUTH TAPING!!!!!!!!
Now, I am strictly a back sleeper due to back and neck injuries - maybe if you sleep on your side you will drool but I sure haven't noticed anything negative about this mouthpiece. And it is similar to a "boil and bite" mouthpiece, except that it has a "little shelf" across front for you to rest your tongue on (I call it my tongue's new home at night).......
