Red mark and other subject

Kaisagram to answer your question, I was using the Headrest deconstructed. The pillows rest at the entrance of the nostrils and it happens that I started to have that area red all day long.

I put on that a cortisone cream, it seemed to make desapear the redness but it came back again. I put Glicerine as I was suggested to do, I put Polisporin, Benadril for insect bites, Lansinoh, a facial cream, chapstic The last thing I tried was putting the cortisone spray for the rhinitis

I have been using the FFM since more than a month now to try ti give the skin the chance to heal because nothing of all what I mentioned seems to work. Seems that the cortisone spray did something but not sure.

Yeah, I still open the mouth when I use the nasal pillows and I'm not able to close the roof of the mouth with my tongue since I lost the excess weight. Now I understand why some people told they were not able to train themselves to stop mouth leaks pushing the tongue against the roof of the mouth, the tongue is to small Nothing is perfect in life.


On another subject, tomorrow I will have a sleep test after having lost almost 100 lbs. I think I still have sleep apnea even if I'm at 5 lbs to the wight for the normal BMI. The moral of the history will be that it is true not everyone who has sleep apnea and has an excess weight will be free of it loosing weight and the inverse is also true; not everyone who lose the excess weight will still have sleep apnea after arriving to the normal weight (the lucky ones ).

I'm not sure what will be the result I hope a miracle happens and I finish not having it but don't know. The last days my AHI had started to go down a little, what is the reason? I don't know because my weight is stable and I can't nor want to lose more; we will see.
