Had my first bipap reading

Post by Ruinednose » Sat Nov 30, 2013 9:48 pm

Hello. Just went to dme to read my 14 days history

Ahi average at 2.5 mainly hupopneas. (My diagnosis is uars) ((kkinda)).
Flow limitations at 3 sometimes Bypap pressures were set 6 IPap) and 4 epap
Dme moved it to 8 IPap and 6 epap. My highest pressure was 10. I'm now from a range of 8 IPap to 12 IPap

I still feel tired. Maybe slightly better but still tired during the day
I got blood work done. My thyroid is ok. I do however have low testosterone for my age. "Male 24 years"

Basically. I go to bed fine and tired. Around 11-12 at night. Sometime between 4-5 I wake up for just like 2 minutes but I feel my mind "thinking" I can just tell I just been dreaming or really haven't been in much deep sleep. Then between 7:30 to 9:30 I wake up about every 15 minutes. Very interupted sleep.

I only take Flonase as medicine

I also seem to feel a lot of acid reflux

Please help with any opinion. Pleae

Just bumping on case someone with any opinion to come by this thread and help me out with any advice. I'm sleeping with less and less interruptions in the later half of the night. Just still feel sleepy or fatigue during the day. Could it be to the low testosterone?
