I like some things because they inspire me to do better. But feel free to not be inspired to do better.

Suit yourself but I am not inspired by someone who works out "seven days a week, for at least four hours a day". Banal existence of what seems like an obsessed soul.

45 minutes in the gym gives me a great workout and leaves plenty of time do things that are a lot more fun with fun people.

Don't care..... Why don't you keep all this crap to yourself if you like it so much... doesn't mean we like it too
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

I will have to admit that my initial reaction was negative but I reread the article and actually, it is pretty inspiring to see someone like that guy lose 74 pounds and be able to do all those exercises. Not that I plan on being in the gym 4 hours a day but he has given me the idea of perhaps trying to exercise in the morning to see if maybe that makes a difference for me energy wise.

You have a point. I take back my comment above. It is inspiring and right now I need all the inspiration I can get. I'm still stuffed from all I ate yesterday. Then to top it off, I saw some pictures taken of me just the other day and wasn't happy about what I saw. Seriously, it's time!

Todzo writes I like some things because they inspire me to do better. But feel free to not be inspired to do better.

Stories about folks who work hard and succeed, for some at least, offer encouragement and motivation.

I have no judgments about whether folks like or reject; however, I do support motivational posts.

Well at his age he is retired so 4 hours a day isn't a lot of time. However, working out that much at his age might be... And to answer why this post might be on this form... it has to do with being in good health which has much to do with this form! Arent we all using xpap for our health?! Not all sleep apnea sufferers are overweight but many are.

I'm an exercise nut for sure, however I'd have to agree with the Choker on this one. Everybody I know who's tried to overtrain that much (and that's quite a few gungho gym rat retirees (Grr's) here in Callie), have blown out their knees, shoulders or, in the worst case, their backs... often permanently going right from the gym to a walker or even a wheelchair. IMHO, it's simply not a sound physical exercise regimen and possibly dangerous. I do, however, support most motivational posts and don't see any harm in that general concept.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
