No data in SH but is there in Encore Basic

The data on my card was a bit "strange" last week and this - didn't seem to be recording the data, I wasn't sure if it was the card or the machine so bought a new SD card but it was a SDHC and it didn't work.
I was going to take machine to supplier today to get them to check but I thought I would try the old card one more time.
It did record data which I can see in Encore Basic but Sleepyhead show correct date range but no data available.
I checked it was searching in the correct folder and that seems OK
Any other suggestions please?

Try creating a brand new user profile and new import location. Make sure to stop at the root drive letter where the SD card is seated.
You don't want to go into the P Series folder..that's too far. If anything but the drive letter shows in the directory choose box you have gone too far.
Sometimes SleepyHead forgets where to look.

Thanks for the good advise - I added a new user and all seems t be OK
I had to do this when I had a new loaner machine for a while
I now have several users listed - is it sensible and/or possible to delete the ones that I no longer use

It's easy to remove unwanted user profiles. Just go to MyDocuments and open the sleephead app folder and under profiles find the ones you want to remove and delete them.
