Pressure

Resmed vpap s machine.
I have too much pressure. I have to put the straps on my full face mask so tight the straps wear out in no time at all and it hurts the back of my head to strap it that tightly. How can I lower the pressur?

Have you worked with a clinician from your home care company to make sure your machine is set correctly and your mask fits properly? I would start there. When was your last sleep study? If it's been a while maybe you need a follow up. Have you been in touch with your health care provider to tell them of these issues?
