Error codes

I've tried to find what an error code means that my wife is getting on her machine. She is currently cruising the Carribean and I got a frantic call advising that she had dropped her machine and it won't work. But it is just giving her an error code. I contacted the vendor and have not heard back from them. I tried finding the error code on the net and all I get is the run around. Downloading products etc. tried using a downloaded product without any success. Baffled

Machine is a Fisher and Paykel Premo+, the code is 5.02 Thanks

The phone number on the F&P website: 1.888.936.7872. Hopefully they have a tech support rep who can tell you what that error code means.

Thanks for the number, but it is the number for FandP appliances. I was advised the number for health services is 1-800-4463908. Hours are from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST MIssed them for today but I'll call first thing in the AM.
