Do you mean a DS550 which can be bought at CPAP.COM for $ 595, or a DS560, which costs $ 738?

You are in Calgary. If you bought the machine (and the extras) in Canada you may have paid that much for it or did you get it through insurance or some Provincial program?

At any rate you will not get back even close to what that machine costs in Canada on this forum. Most members are American and most of us (even Canadians) know how to get a new auto machine much cheaper than that.

Your only hope of getting close to that much is try to sell it on Kijiji in Canada.

And I agree (I got what I think might have been the last one to get one of those from Cpap.com right before Resmed lowered the boom with their new policy). I use mine as a backup (tho' rarely need to).

I'm also in Calgary and feel your pain. I was just quoted $2400 for the same machine with a Quattro mask from a local DME. I have purchased machines from CPAP.com with no problems and would do so again. However with my current private insurance, the Canadian machine will be not cost me anything and I'll get it Monday, but the online machine will cost me just over $100 and take a couple of weeks to get here.

Yup... me too, I feel your pain and I am about 2 hours south of you. I had to pay through the nose for my first machine too and it was a brick. I now know how to get my supplies online, if I am buying Resmed stuff I go through clinicalsleep.com in Vancouver, if I buy other brands I definitely buy from cpap.com. Good luck trying to sell your machine on this forum as everyone knows the true prices.... I would go through kijji or craigslist if I were you.
Cheers from sunny Lethbridge.
