Wife can't sleep with my noisy mouth leak. Sometimes Even with chin strap.

Shut your mouth.
Get a full face mask.
Do nasal cleansing before bedtime (so you can breathe through your nose).
Turn your humidity setting down or off. (too much humidity can cause nasal congestion, which causes mouth breathing)
