Help!I lost my EncorePro2 username and password

Today, when I logged EncorePro2 ,it displayed the username and password error, because for a long time without logging in, I have forgotten it . I uninstall the EncorePro2 and reinstall it to my computer, use user manual username "EncoreAdmin" password "password1" ,still can not log on. Is there any way to retrieve my username and password, or is there any way to re-use EncorePro2?

Funny you should post this.. This just happened to me over the weekend. I ended up unistalling and deleting and reinstall over again. I always have a backup of my sd card so redownloading the card again was not problem.

You should be able to pull it off your backup disk and/or your password manager program.

I am going to send you a code that was sent to me quite a while ago. I don't remember how to use it though. It's a way to use a key to unlock the software. I never had a need to use it and long ago lost the rest of the instructions.
I believe it is a registry edit code.

Once you have attempted 3 times and failed the log in procedure the software totally locks up and even if you remember the correct log in ID and password it will no longer work. You are pretty much screwed and that's why I tell people if they are having trouble logging in that they need to stop at the second failed attempt and close the program and then reopen it and try again.

I don't know why the uninstall then reinstall didn't work. It should have unless there was some remnant of the original software that was still locked up. I could give you another Encore Pro version but it will try to overwrite any existing Pro stuff and you may be in the same situation if whatever that remnant is...gets included with the overwrite.

I had that happen about 2 years ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times and it finally worked.
