Software

Post by sleepcop » Thu Oct 31, 2013 10:22 am

I try to monitor my AHI, leaks, etc. using Encore Viewer on a fairly regular basis, however, I have had to change computers and cannot locate my software. I purchased a copy of Respironics Encore Viewer Version 1.0 when it first came out and downloaded it onto my laptop. The software is for my Respironics M series BiPap. The problem is that since that time my laptop's hard-drive crashed and after replacing it with a new one I cannot find where I put my Encore Viewer Software. I still have a copy of the receipt as I purchased it off of cpap.com. Does anyone know of a way to get a replacement of this software, or if there is any free software available that will work with the Respironics M Series. Any assistance would be greatful as I have recently started feeling fatigued during the day and would like to see what is going on, beyond the standard display on the machine, without having to buy the new version of the software. Thanks.

SleepyHead works with the newer PR S1 machines but not yet with the M series machine but Mark is working on it.
In the meantime I sent you a private message with some information on getting an Encore product to work for you.
