Anyone have successfully treated dry eyes due to meibomitis, and if so, how?

Not for meibomitis, but for severe dry eyes post-cataract surgery and CPAP vent blow-back: Genteal Lubricant Eye Gel for Severe Dry Eye Relief. Not a cure, but eliminates flaming red eyes when used regularly.
