All I see for curaprox is whitening toothpaste that uses charcoal.
Does anyone know where to get the original secret ingredient (and safe dilution/dosage)
so we can just add a little to our mouthwash? (Obviously another brand)
Biotene, you are dead to me!

An old post, but having tried both Orajel and Biotene brands of Gel form Dry Mouth Moisturizer, I much prefer Orajel's formula - rinses are worthless over the whole night IMO. Orajel Gel lasts all night for me and I like the minty taste:

There are better prices out there but you'll have to search for them. First look at Dentist.net. Also: don't confuse Orajel Dry Mouth Gel for Orajel's canker sore prep; that would not be pleasant

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

+1 For sure.Sir NoddinOff wrote:having tried both Orajel and Biotene brands of Dry Mouth Moisturizer, I much prefer Orajel's formula... it lasts all night for me and I like the minty taste:
I think some are confused about what works. Toothpastes and mouth rinses are very temporary treatments, like five minutes, for dry mouth. Orajel (It's a gel, you know.), properly applied, can last for hours - all night in my case.

Thanks for emphasizing that Chevie... totally correct about toothpaste and mouth rinses not being useful for overnight relief. Common sense really.Chevie wrote:+1 For sure.Sir NoddinOff wrote:having tried both Orajel and Biotene brands of Dry Mouth Moisturizer, I much prefer Orajel's formula... it lasts all night for me and I like the minty taste:
