The other not so positive feature of the display for AHI in the Respironics LCD is that you can't see the daily AHI, other than the first day, as the results get averaged into a 7 day and 30 day window.
The Resmed shows the AHI, HI, and AI on a nightly basis, a big advantage from my perspective.
