I started using the cpap machine in Feb.2006. I use the swift nasal pillows and they have worked real well for me. I do read allot of the posts here and have heard very good things about the Comfortlite2. Finally ordered it through cpap.com and it came today. Tried things on and OMG! I can't wait to go to bed tonight and try it out. LOL It feels so comfortable and lite. It's all in the name. Now if it stands up to turning from side to side it will be well worth the money spent. I guess it does pay to try out other options.

Hi,
I'm on the same path as you - started in February, was reasonably happy with, for me, the Breeze, and now have bought the CL2 from cpap.com. I have to say that -- I love it! The Breeze was good for me but I often had sore nares. On the CL2 with nasal pillows for one week now - and my nose is in its best condition ever since starting CPAP. No sores, no redness, all better. I tried the simple mask for a night, it was OK but not as comfy. An acceptable alternative for a back up if my nose is sore again.
How was your experience? What interface did you use?
Here's to happy noses,

My night with the comfortlite went well. I had some problems with the head gear sliding off my head and didn't want it to be too tight. I found that if I slipped my hair over the bottom strap it stayed in place better. I was really comfortable with it and hope tonight will go better. It always takes awhile to get use to new things. I did try the simple cushion for some of the time and found this to work OK, need to get use to this as I have always used the nasal pillows. It was a nice break. Also used the nasal pillow and this was really comfy. All in all I am very happy to have purchased the comfortlite 2 interface and thankful for this site and all of the great advice.

rosiefrosie,
I have been using the Swift nasal pillows since I started cpap in January with great success. At the end of June my insurance company will pay for another mask. I am trying to decide between getting another Swift for backup or trying the Comfort Lite 2.
I hope you will keep your thread updated on your results.
Thanks,
rooster
