No, it's the local "Central Medical Supply" - don't know how wide-spread they are; could just be this one person who is 3-faced, if you can believe that! Had another incident today - more later.
By the way, does anyone think it would be unethical for me to let her know that the alarm system on the machine doesn't work???????
I didn't think so.

Thanks for letting me have so much fun, and you're right, only you-all are the ones who could possibly understand the frustration - and desire to maim. ...humanely, of course.
