I have had exactly the same intense lower backpack. It end up waking me up after about 4 ours of sleep. I too have a good bed and have never experienced anything like this until I started using the CPAP about a month ago. I am at my wits end as Tylenol and Advil hardly touch it.

You should mention pain that wakes you up at night specifically to your doctor.bgmahoney1@gmail.com wrote: ↑Sun Oct 16, 2022 11:05 amI have had exactly the same intense lower backpack. Don’t delay.
Betting that it’s nothing but if it’s something, don’t wait.

It might help if you shared what machine and settings are being used.bgmahoney1@gmail.com wrote: ↑Sun Oct 16, 2022 11:05 amI have had exactly the same intense lower backpack. If you read Muse-inc's post a bit above yours, it is apparent that a range of pressures
instead of a single pressure can be a solution.
Physical therapy might also help.
