Feeling a bit worse since increasing the lower pressure. But i'll give it another 3 or 4 days and see if that make a difference.

Are you under a doctor's care or are you doing this on your own?
Also, is there any way you could buy the smart link module so you could access sleepyhead software?

Great news alexchetty that your AHI is down. Definitely give it a few more days for your body to adjust.alexchetty wrote:07October2013

Not concerned NRI has increased for now. However, the fact that it has from .5 which consists mostly of central leads me to believe that you do want to be conservative increasing your pressure particularly since your AHI is trending downwards.
Regarding the EPI 31, yes, you do either need to switch to a full face mask or if you're happy with your nasal mask, you could try wearing a chin strap to see if that prevents mouth breathing. Another option may be using tape to keep your mouth shut. Not everyone is comfortable with that but I wanted to throw it out there.

Great you're feeling better alexchetty. Maybe a few more days at this pressure to see what the AHI does. But more importantly, to see if you continue to feel better.alexchetty wrote:08October2013

Madbear had a good point that if you were using an S9, you might be seeing a lower AHI. So that is another reason it might be just as important to go by how you feel vs. your AHI.
Have you made a decision on how you're going to deal with the high EPI?

I've got a both a full face mask and a nasal mask. will wait a couple more days to see how i'm feeling and if the AHI drops further or at lease stabilises before switching to the full face mask.

How do you feel? Unless you are feeling worse, since the AHI had decreased, I would wait a few more days to see if this is going to continue.

Instead of acting like a troll, why don't you tell us who you are so we understand the context of why you are so concerned about forums like this one?

I am an internet forum user. Just like you. I don't give out my real name. Just like you. I could really be anyone.... much like you. I really don't see why you are so concerned about my identity. When I read through this forum I was not immediately alarmed by all of the anonymous forum users. I assumed they were people from all over the world that had devised clever pseudonyms to use for identification purposes.49er wrote:Mr. Concerned,Mr Concerned wrote:49er can you write me a prescription for Cetirizine?
