Tart cherries (and other foods) for insomnia

For me, it's easier to just take Melatonin. I take 3mg before bed and I sleep straight through the night. I found that it took about a month of taking it before I noticed the improvement in sleep. I've been taking it for about a year. As always...check with your doctor.

I would think anything 'tart' would aggravate acid reflux and GERD that so many here deal with.

I wonder how easy it is to get tart fresh cherries, since dried ones don't work (per the video). I think there'd be a ton of sugar in the cherry juice... Not great for a low carb diet! What about the kiwi fruit?
