Anything below five on your AHI is considered treated, so two point something is technically fine. However, it can take less than that to disturb your night's rest. The fact you say you are doing "slightly" better and are still waking up fatigued, could be cause for further investigation.
Whenever I look at downloaded information, I try to keep in mind there are at least two sides to the equation. There's your data and then there's how you feel. Both can paint completely different pictures. I have seen people with terrible downloads who were doing great, and vice versa, some with AHIs less than one who felt completely unrested.
If I had to guess, I would say it looks like you're going in the right direction.

wow John, thats some great analyzing of the graphs. My Sleep Dr never mentioned that and she had way more data to look at.jweeks wrote:Hi,darco wrote:They bumped my pressure to 9 from 8. They said my past 30 days looked fantastic and agreed that my AHA!
I think the bump from a minimum of 8 to a minimum of 9 will help. If you look at your events, they happen when the pressure is at 8. When you are at 9 (actually, just a little over 9), you don't seem to have any events. You will probably see a lot of those events go away with the pressure change.
What is interesting about your graph is that your sleep architecture (what stage of sleep you are in) is very, very visible. The three REM cycles are clearly shown, which is where you need more pressure and have more leaks. Also, your deeper sleep early in the night shows up where you have far fewer events, lower pressure needs, and lower leaks. It is good that you are getting that deep sleep up front, and also that you are going into 3 REM periods. What might be happening up to this point is that the events that you are having disrupt your REM, and that leaves you waking up a little groggy. If the pressure does help, that will knock out these events during your REM sleep, letting you get clean REM sleep, and that will hopefully make you feel 1000% percent better.
