I've had to say 'I'm sorry' a few times along the way on CPAPtalk and I'm always glad I did. I've even sent some PMs to people who have dropped out of the forum, either temporarily or long term, and belatedly apologized for something I said or did. Usually I get a nice email or PM back ... that always makes me feel better. Plus it's good to find out how people are doing after you've interacted with them.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I haven't been on the site for a couple of days and so I hadn't seen this thread. Just happened to come on this morning and found your PM. It takes a lot of heart to publicly apologize and I want you to know that I really do appreciate it. We do, after all have things in common too and I want you to know that I defend your right to your thoughts and opinions. I am going to post this in a return PM to you as I want to be sure you get it.

Sincerely
Cut
Such a shame that more threads don't end like this... civil is a good word.

Kudos to rd1978 and Cut!

I am really embarrassed to admit this but I feel I nitpicked with someone on an email list I belong to about message formatting. One day, I finally apologized to her by email because I realized how I was being very unreasonable.

To make a long story short, she had long forgotten it and I now consider her one of my best friends. I just shudder to think that she wouldn't have been in my life if I hadn't done this.

Anyway, I hope sharing what happened to me will help folks who are in similar ones. I am not guaranteeing that you will acquire a new best friend but you never know.
