I really like my CPAP machine - it's changed my life. I had forgotten what it was like to be refreshed and well-rested.
I stepped on my mask a few years ago, so now I no longer have a backup. Now, it seems, a prescription is needed to buy a mask !?! That makes no sense. I tried Canadian stores, but they require me to buy in person, even more expensive and inconvenient than going to the doctor and paying $150+ (don't know exactly - it's been a while) just to get a prescription. The Sleep Clinic that I originally purchased my machine from isn't in business any more.
I don't have insurance, this is all coming out of my pocket.
I don't need any changes, just a replacement, so that if something happens to the one I have, I won't have to wait for days to get a new one. No reason to visit a clinic or see a doctor.
So any advice about the best way to buy a CPAP mask?
Backup CPAP mask?
Re: Backup CPAP mask?
buy the mask and head straps separately on Ebay or cpap.com. No script needed for this method.

What mask was the one that broke? I sell masks here from time to time for cheap. Let me know and I may be able to help...

Papman857, are you getting my PM's? I have not received the mask you said you were sending to me. Not getting responses to PMs, so I must be sending them incorrectly. Sorry.papman857 wrote:What mask was the one that broke? I sell masks here from time to time for cheap. Let me know and I may be able to help...
