Resmed 30 day compliance report . . .

Post by hobbs » Sun Sep 15, 2013 4:57 pm

I am trying to print a 30 day compliance report using ResScan 4.3.0.7081 and the report date is defaulting to 1/1/2012 to 1/30/2012. All the data downloads are current. I have checked everywhere I can think of and cannot find how to show the last 30 days. Where do I go to change the report date? Also, is there a way to do a 60, 90 or 180 day compliance report?

Yes you can do that. On the tab view and then statistic you can select date or a period of days. 60, 90

Everything I write I translate through Google Translate.
Hope you have patience with that, sometimes it can get a little crazy.

Yes I can get the info in "Statistics", but when I generate a "report" it defaults to January 2012 and I can not find how to change the report date.

If you choose user customization in the same menu that you can choose 30, 60 and so on. Then you can select any date.

Just for grins, I tired it too.
When I select the 30 day compliance report, it automatically defaults to my first 30 days (in my case, 8/14/11). Customize allows for report options, but not a date change.
I've also tried selecting a date range on the Data Browser that appears on the left of the screen when you open the patient file, and changing the date range via the review button, but if a 30 day compliance report is selected, it still defaults to the first 30 days.

I'm wondering why the OPs is defaulting to the first day of 2012 (unless that was the first day he started using the machine).

What is the date range you see in the Data Browser?

Highlighted dates in the browser are the same as the 30 day report; 1/1/12-1/30/12. I tried Lazer's suggestion with no luck. I know it has to be something simple, I just don't know what!

The only purpose of the 30 Day Compliance report it to satisfy a US insurer, at the commencement of CPAP treatment. It has no other practical purpose.

Since you are well past the initial 30 days, if you tell us what purpose you are trying to create a report for at this point in time, we may be able to help you fulfil your current need.

For instance, if you want a Usage Compliance report for the immediate past 30 days (or any other period for that matter), just highlight those days in the browser colum on the left hand side of the screen, then select Usage Compliance from the pick list in the reporting function

Cheers,

Bill

Thank you. Now I understand, 30 Day Compliance will only show the first 30 days in the database and Usage Compliance will show what ever dates you want. I can get the 30 Day Compliance report for the last 30 days by deleting everything from the database except the last 30 days.
Thanx again!

Wouldn't it be easier to use the usage compliance report? Do you really want to delete your past data? You may need that if you are needing to show a history of compliance. The usage report should give you everything you need.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Will only be deleted to get the report and then put back.

You don't need to delete anything, just highlight the time period you want the report to cover. If you don't understand how to to highlight a date range in ResScan, you should have a look at the tutorial here - http://montfordhouse.com/cpap/resscan_tutorial/ - its for an earlier version of ResScan but most of the navgiation and use coverage is still pretty much the same for 4.03

Cheers,

Bill

My Usage Compliance report shows less data and graphs than my 30 Day Compliance Report.
The Customize option shows what should be included, but I don't see a way to change what is displayed.
Also, my 30 Day Compliance does not show all the info that is listed when the Customize window is opened.
