day sleeping

Post by Guest » Sat Sep 14, 2013 8:55 pm

Ok I have been using cpap therapy for a few years now and have enjoyed and learned a lot from this forum. I work 3rd shift and therefore sleep during the day. The sunlight gives me fits. I was wondering if anyone has any experiences with cpap masks and sleep masks. Can the be worn without the mask leaking ect.

Thanks for any help or suggestions

A sleep mask can be worn with a cpap mask.

Hi,

What about trying to get your bedroom as dark as possible? What is keeping your from doing that?

I wear an eye mask with my hybrid mask.

Comes from years of having my bedroom window right outside where the security light was on the apartment window, even blackout drapes don't get it all.
