I would follow the advice of the person who said to return it and (first) find one who will supply what you want according to your prescription. Your doctor can specify brand and everything in the prescription (get a copy). I would find another supplier because this one has already proven untrustworthy and that they will lie to you. There is no way that a person who does this daily for a living does not know what Medicare provides. Good Luck.
