New To CPAP

I have been using CPAP for 1 week. So far, I've lost more sleed because of the terrible mask than I ever did snorring my head off. So I need advice on how to and from where to order a new mask.

I will not call the vendor who provided my setup. My insurance company pays 100% so the vendor supplied a Remstar Lite Cpap for $1200.00 and a Profile Lite mask and headgear for $128. It really troubles me to see how much over the common prices this is and I only received a BArebones machine with a very uncomfortable mask.

Advice, anyone? What might be a comfortable mask and from which cvompany should I order? Any comments are appreciated.

Since you went thru insurance go back to the dme and demand a system that works for you. Then call your insurance and demand the same. If it doesnt work for you they are not giving you treatment. Or take the easy way out and buy your own at cpap.com. sell the old stuff at yahoo auctions or post it on this forum.
