I will ask, but probably NOT.

ALL of the NUMEROUS DMEs in my city sell primarily Respironics - because that is what the vast majority of prescribers like.

And the DME I use now is the worst of all.
They lost out on the sale to me of my S9 AutoSet because they just could not get a good enough price on it due to the very small amount of stuff they buy from ResMed.

I went to them when I fired my other DME only because I had some history with them.

Since they buy so little from ResMed, everything I get from them has to be special ordered & shipped directly to me at my house. And, because of that, everything is always in the sealed ResMed bags. I like that part so much, I put up with them.

When I went in to order the Nano, they had not even heard of it.
But, they liked it so much, they decided to order mine & ship it to me PLUS they ordered a small number for their stock.

I fear I am stuck with it, but am not sorry I tried it.
You know: "No pain, no gain".

Since it is only 2 more weeks until I qualify for a new cushion for the Namo, I may wait until then & order the next smaller size before I give up completely.

But, I have put just the cushion up to my nose & I am pretty sure I already have the right size.

I have found that any "tension or drag" on the mask from the hose seems to set me up for some air leaks at the bridge of my nose. I try to keep the hose routed so there is no tug on the mask. Another thing I do is to inflate the mask and pull it away from my face and allow the inflated cushions to settle back down and using a finger to tuck the cushion under at the bridge of my nose.
