Sleep apnea excercises

Has anyone had any experience with the apnea exercises produced by Marc Mac Donald? (They are mean't to treat OSA by strengthening the throat muscles)

What happens if the problem is NOT in the throat muscles?
What if it's in the nasal passages (enlarged turbinates, deviated septum or allergies)?
What if it's Central or Mixed Apnea?

I would like to try the exercises but was not able to find it online.
Could you give me a link.
I also want to start other therapies because I want to find the reason.
I use mushroom tincture outside on my throat for inflammation and will start bee venom.
Also oxygen therapy can help with swelling. Gargling with mms solutions can clear infections.
Inhaling might help with my nasal passages.
I think all these things together led to the obstructions.
It is not just one thing. Also sports and low weight helps.

After asking about this here and elsewhere, I decided not to buy, but here the link: http://apneatreatmentguide.com/products/

I looked into this a couple of years ago and found at least 2 diferent websites with exercises
to help sleap apnia and they were free ! I don't think they clamed to cure sleap apnia just
reduce it's severity. I expect if you hunted longer you could find them. Now if that ebook was
50 cents i might down load it but to spend $47 on it no way.
