Does snoring cause RERAs?

What else causes RERAs?

If it's you in the photo then your pillows mask can cause RERAs, besides anatomical malformations in your nose, mouth and throat.

Please don't come back to me on the RERAs and the pillows mask, see this:

Nasal pillows do not cause snoring ... I think we can agree on that.

A RERA (Respiratory Event Related Arousal) is, by definition, any respiratory event that causes arousal. Snoring certainly can fit that bill, as can a Flow Limitation, obstruction, etc.

I do not think Nasal Pillows would qualify as a RERA even if they somehow aroused you. But like any CPAP mask, if it fits well it'll help you sleep, and if it doesn't, it won't.
