Giving this a bump in case some people missed the announcement about the new mask products being available now at cpap.com.
For specific Nano reviews...there aren't many yet because it is so new but a handful here.

For those people who don't know about return insurance.
Some mask manufacturer's offer a 30 day period where if you hate the mask you send it back to cpap.com and you get your money back.
Cpap.com will even send you a link where you can print off a postage paid label for FedEx (that's what I was sent with my Tap Pap purchase) so it doesn't cost you anything to send it back.
Not all mask manufacturer's offer free return insurance though...sometimes we have to buy it but that's still cheaper than spending $100 for a mask and then hating it and can't get anything back.
Right now cpap.com offers the Nano with free return insurance. ResMed doesn't typically offer any sort of return insurance for free so I don't know if this is cpap.com new product offer or if ResMed has changed their policy for this mask...at any rate...you can still try the Nano with free return insurance as of today..9/10/13. I don't know if or when that might change to a purchased insurance.
You have to click on the "customize and buy" button to see the insurance offering.
Circadiance always offers free insurance...as does the Tap Pap manufacturer....
Most of the other brands cpap.com offers their own return insurance at a cost and the cost seems relative to the number of returns.
Masks with low rate of returns will have a lower insurance rate.
Note for international patients...that 30 day limit becomes a problem because of shipment times and customs...so you all are sort of left out in the cold. The 30 days start when you buy the mask...not when you get it and cpap.com has to have it back in their hands before that 30 days is up. So makes it tough on those buyers outside the US.
I see that new Amara gel also has free return insurance right now...again I don't know if this is a cpap.com limited promo or if Respironics is backing it...but it's there right now.
Finally....return insurance is ONLY available when a person purchases the entire mask setup package for any mask...be it free insurance or purchased insurance. It is not offered for any replacement parts or any packaging where the mask is not supplied with everything that is needed to be used.
I only bought the Nano short hose and cushion...I didn't get the package with the headgear..I didn't have the offer of the free return insurance with the setup that I purchased..that's okay....I knew this in advance of making my decision to order what I ordered.
I already had a workable headgear and didn't want to spend the extra money and I knew that I could probably find a home for the Nano if it needed to go to a new home. It doesn't need to go to a new home. I really like the new short hose and the Nano cushion is a doable alternative if something should happen in the future which makes it impossible to use a nasal pillow mask.
See my specific comments about the cushion and short hose in the review thread.
