How to download data software for s9 escape auto?

Hi,
I recently purchased s9 elite auto set resmed but distributor not providing software to run the data using data card. Can pls someone help me how to get the link?

There is no "Elite Auto Set"(what you wrote in the body of your post). Please clarify which model you have:
S9 Escape
S9 Escape Auto
S9 Elite
S9 Autoset
These are four different machines with different data capabilities. The name of your model should be right by the on/off button. When you let us know we can give you more info about software.
