Leak alarm beeps for no clear reason?

I am currently using Resmed S8 Elite II and I found that my leak alarm goes off for an unknown reason. Usually this happens when I try to go back to sleep in early morning. The alarm will go off whenever I am about to fall into a deep sleep (which could be when my breathing slows down). However, when I become alerted because of the alarm and breathes normally, the alarm stops beeping. This happens so many times and it fragments my sleep. I am pretty sure my mask stays seal. Anyone has a similar experience?
