I gave my Hans Rudolph FF mask one more try by dropping my pressure from 24/20 to 20/16. And like magic, it no longer leaks at all. Have had two good nights. AHI at 2.1 but I can live with that. I guess I just couldn't get the mask tight enough to prevents leaks at 24/20. I use Gecko pad at the nose bridge to stop leaks into eyes. No more dry mouth from taped mouth. I'm a happy camper. I'm waiting to see if my AHI stays low at that pressure or if it creeps back up to 9.0 at the lower pressure.
Just goes to show, some masks just can't handle high pressures no matter how sturdy or good the mask and headgear are.

Glad to see you got that leak problem sorted out and here's hoping your AHI stays down.

Re: Solved Hans Rudolph Leak Problem
Oh how I wanted to be able to use the Hans Rudolph mask. My sinuses loved it. No chin strap needed and as you say, no need to tape lips. My problem was very high cheek bones and constant leaks below that area. Never had eye leaks.
Hope it continues positively for you!!! Super mask and super company

Yes but can you live with the lower pressures or do you need those rather super high pressures to sleep? It may be a good idea to see what happens if you buy a new cushion (mask body) and headgear and see if that allows the higher pressures. A year is a long time for those parts.
Otherwise if you are ok with the lower numbers then great.
